CLIENT: Private 

PROJECT VALUE: £201,500

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: West & West were tasked with a refurbishment of an existing 16th century, old townhouse, that occupies 16,000 sq ft over 5 floors. This magnificent building has been described as “one of the best houses in London” by Country Life in 2002. The building was then converted into a private art gallery and west and west completed all electrical works, including the installation of new LED lighting, power, emergency lighting, lighting controls and data systems. 

 

Les Ambassadeurs Club

CLIENT: Elmstead Mechanical Services 

PROJECT VALUE: £480,000

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: West & West were tasked with a refurbishment of a Grade I listed Casino in Mayfair, London. The refurbishment included the basement kitchen and restaurant. The installations included the upgrade of the LV distribution, lighting, lighting controls, small power, data and AV services, working information and coordination of services. As the casino and other areas were still in full operation, West & West had to take extra precautions to make sure the clients were not disturbed and no operations were delayed.

 

Brownlow Mews

CLIENT: Private 

PROJECT VALUE: £320,000

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: West & West contracted to complete the electrical fit out of a high end art gallery in London. West & West installed all electrics, including, bespoke door entry systems, security systems, internal lighting with quality Precision spot lights, lighting controls and power to art hoists and safes.

CLIENT: Francis Construction 

PROJECT VALUE: £110,000

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: West & West were contracted to complete the electrical fit out of 4 new build commercial properties. The works included the installation of all LV distribution, small power, general lighting, emergency lighting, external lighting, disabled alarm systems, fire detection, telecoms distribution, earthing & bonding, lightning protection and the testing and expecting of all complete works.  

The Buckingham Centre

CLIENT: MJC Construction and Refurbishment

PROJECT VALUE: £47,000

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  On a commercial property refurbishment project, West & West were tasked with a CatA electrical fit our for incoming tenants. These works included the installation of all internal lighting, main LV distribution, small power, fire detection & alarms, disabled toilet alarm, earthing & bonding and power supplies to mechanical systems.

CLIENT: Francis Construction

PROJECT VALUE: £20,000

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: West & West were tasked to provide an award worthy, low carbon, location move of a commercial building. This included the extraction of all existing electrics to be re-used in the new building. West & West also installed new LV distribution boards, new containment, small power, lighting controls, internal & external lighting, fire detection & alarms and disabled facilities. This project was recognised by the Construction Excellence Awards 2015.
