Celebrating Lewis Hunt’s AM2 Achievement
We are proud to celebrate a significant milestone for one of our team, as Lewis Hunt successfully completes his AM2 assessment, marking his transition from apprentice to fully qualified electrician.
This achievement represents years of commitment, learning, and hands-on experience, both in the classroom and on site. It is also a moment that reflects something much bigger than one individual success. It reflects how we approach the development of our people and the future of our industry.
A Journey Built on Mentorship and Real Experience
Lewis has developed his skills through a combination of training and project exposure, supported throughout by our team. A key part of his journey has been working closely with Rob Woodrow, whose mentorship on site has played an important role in shaping Lewis into the electrician he is today.
We believe apprentices learn best by being immersed in live environments, supported by experienced professionals who take pride in passing on their knowledge. This approach ensures that learning is not just theoretical, but grounded in the realities of modern construction projects.
Lewis was recently presented with his AM2 certificate by Daniel West, recognising both his technical competence and the dedication he has shown throughout his apprenticeship.
To mark the occasion, Lewis was also presented with a personalised Leatherman Wave multi tool, engraved with his name and a message from West & West. This is more than a gift. It is a symbol of the craftsmanship, responsibility, and pride that comes with being a qualified electrician.
