Ross’s professional journey is nothing short of inspiring. He began his career in Australia, gaining valuable sales experience. After several years of honing his skills down under, Ross returned to the UK in 2021 and strategically moved into the electrical industry. His expertise was sharpened by working with a highly respected electrical wholesaler, where he developed a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering quality.
These experiences have given Ross a unique blend of skills and insights perfectly aligned with the vision we’ve built here at West & West. His international background, combined with his extensive knowledge of the electrical industry, makes him an ideal fit for our forward-thinking, dynamic team.

As our Procurement Lead, Ross will play a critical role in ensuring our procurement processes are as seamless and efficient as possible. He’ll work closely with our project teams, ensuring the materials we source meet the highest standards and are delivered on time to support our projects. A Glimpse Into Life Outside the Office
Beyond his professional expertise, Ross brings a fun and personable energy to our team. He’s already won over the office with his black Lab puppy, Darwin, who is quickly becoming a favourite among the team. Darwin’s occasional visits to the office are a welcomed addition, spreading joy and making every day a bit more fun.
Ross enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend, Amy when he’s not at work. The pair love exploring new places and enjoying life to the fullest – a mindset that fits right in with the vibrant culture we’ve built here at West & West.
And, of course, we can’t forget to mention that Ross is a dedicated Liverpool fan, but we’ve accepted that nonetheless and it ties in with our inclusive culture! 😉
