With a remarkable 17-year tenure in the electrical industry and a resume that boasts accolades like being named JTL Runner-up for the South East Region, Matt’s arrival marks a significant milestone in our journey towards innovation and excellence.

Matt’s career is distinguished by his roles with industry leaders where he sharpened his technical expertise and mastered the art of strategic oversight and project orchestration. His exceptional skills have not only led to project success but have also been pivotal in driving team growth and enhancing operational efficiencies.

However, Matt brings more to the table than just his professional prowess. He is a devoted family man, deeply committed to his wife, Laura, and their daughter, Indie. Together with their rescue Staffy, Stella, they make a close-knit family unit. Matt’s personal life reflects his professional one: focused, precise, and always aiming for excellence, which he demonstrates in his favourite pastime—clay pigeon shooting. This hobby not only shows his meticulous attention to detail but also his ability to maintain focus and calm under pressure.

As Matt joins our team, he is set to be a key player, infusing new energy and insights into our projects. His forward-thinking approach and dynamic leadership style are exactly what we need as we continue to grow and seek out new challenges.
