Starting as an electrical apprentice back in 2008, Matt’s journey stands as a testament to what hard work and unwavering commitment can achieve.
His progression from a skilled electrician to a Site Supervisor in 2015, and then to a Project Manager in 2019, and now a Director in 2023, is a living example of the heights one can reach with determination.
Matt’s passion for the business is second to none. His dedication has fuelled our most prestigious projects, serving as a beacon of inspiration to our entire team.
Today, we proudly announce Matt’s well-deserved promotion to Site Operations Director. His journey is a reminder that when passion meets hard work, there are no limits to what one can achieve.
One of Matt’s key responsibilities will be propelling site efficiency by providing support to our site teams, thus further elevating our on-site delivery and quality as we continue our pursuit of excellence.
