Richard, former Principal Director at Westgreen and a respected member of the community, bravely shares his journey following a Parkinson’s diagnosis at 51. Facing the reality of this progressive condition, Richard chose action and hope. His determination to maintain an active lifestyle and engage with Parkinson’s UK charity has now culminated in the ambitious JOGLE 4 Parkinson’s event.
This September, Richard and three companions will embark on a remarkable challenge, cycling from John O’Groats to Land’s End. Covering 1,000 miles over 13 days, their journey aims to raise vital funds for Parkinson’s UK, supporting research and services for those living with the UK’s fastest-growing neurological condition.
