This week (7th-13th February) is National Apprenticeship Week, a week that celebrates apprenticeships and shines a light on another path that is available to students other than university. Apprentices are able to learn new skills and gain qualifications in an onsite environment, whilst getting paid.

West & West are grateful to have a team of dedicated apprentices. Using the skills and knowledge passed down to us from previous generations, we train our own apprentices and shape how they grow and learn. We offer opportunities to people from our local community and provide them with a strong career path as well as the chance to learn from a talented team.

Apprentices are the future of our business, and we believe no one can afford not to invest in the upcoming generation of construction workers. West & West have been doing so for more than a decade and will continue to do so for many more years to come.
