West & West were tasked with the full electrical installation for this beautiful new build property, along with the structured cable design and installation, to create a state-of-the-art smart home. The smart home has been designed to allow the security, heating, lighting, blinds, CCTV, entertainment, door access control and phone systems to be linked and controlled from a single app, giving the user full control of their house from their phone or tablet. 

One of the many great features installed into the property were the full scene setting within the lighting and blind control systems; this included dusk and dawn sensors, causing the blinds to automatically open and close depending on the time of the day, along with the lighting reacting to the lux levels. The lighting control has been installed using two systems: manual latching switches and RAKO smart lighting control.

 We dedicated time to client engagement to ensure our design and programming met client satisfaction and suited their everyday needs.
