We’re excited to share that our works at Chestnuts RHU for Francis Construction are nearing completion, with handover scheduled for the end of the month.

✅ Commissioning commenced

We’ve executed a comprehensive electrical installation, including:

🔹 Lighting & decorative lighting
🔹 Smart control emergency lighting
🔹 External lighting
🔹 Lightning protection
🔹 Photovoltaic system
🔹 Cat 6A network installation
🔹 Intruder alarm, access control, CCTV
🔹 Fire, refuge, WC alarms
🔹 AOV System
