After a lengthy but successful design period, we are weeks away from getting boots on the ground at this impressive new office block, located in the heart of our nation’s capital.

West & West have been tasked with our largest project to date – the installation of a mechanical and electrical solution to this ten-storey office block. After completion, the once abandoned industrial site will comprise 7 multi-let units with 30,000 sq. ft of high-quality office space, a communal and private south-facing roof terrace, a café, student accommodation and an aparthotel. The development is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating and will feature passive ventilation, smart lighting and PhotoVoltaic (PV) panels, aligning perfectly with our sustainability mission when installing M&E solutions into these new modern build strategies.

This build will minimise energy and water consumption whilst showcasing sustainable urban development that seeks to combat climate change while looking breathtaking to the eye.
