Welcoming Adam Berry as Commercial Director

We are excited to announce that Adam Berry has joined as our new Commercial Director. Adam is not just a familiar face—he’s an exceptional talent whose return marks a significant milestone for our team. Having previously worked with us as an Estimator, Adam is back, bringing an extraordinary wealth of expertise and leadership that we are privileged to have on board.

Adam’s impressive career speaks for itself. With over 20 years of industry experience, his journey has seen him excel in several roles, including: Lead Estimator, Senior Estimator, and M&E Estimator all at ISG, and Associate Director of Estimating at Mace Interiors.

Adam is an industry expert and a natural leader passionate about driving innovation, building relationships and delivering results. His extensive knowledge and visionary approach make him a perfect fit for West & West as we continue to grow and expand.

Outside of work, Adam is a devoted family man, proud husband, and father to four incredible children. He’s also part of the West & West dog-loving community with his charming Puchon, Pipper, who we’re sure will be the newest honorary member of our team!
