Project Overview:
This SEGRO-led development on the Slough Trading Estate saw the transformation of an industrial unit through a full shell and core refurbishment. The project focused on creating a future-ready space for incoming tenants, with infrastructure designed for flexibility and performance. Delivered in collaboration with Wates Construction, the scheme contributes to the ongoing regeneration of one of the UK’s most established business parks.
